Job Title: Lead Generators (50) (This is a contract job renewable based on performance)
Location: Various parts of the country
To achieve agreed sales targets in line with the business objectives through pro-active selling of the Bank’s consumer lending/ retail asset and credit card products.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross selling of Bank’s consumer lending products
Participate in sales campaigns to meet specific targets
Comply with general Barclays Operational risk & Rigour requirements e.g. Account opening procedures, Health & Safety standards, Know your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering regulations
Ensure that you offer the right products to the customer at all times
Provide excellent customer service at all times when dealing with both external and internal customers
Share knowledge and experience with other Lead Generators in the team (More details of the key areas of responsibility can be viewed on the website detailed below)
Competencies required to undertake the role
Good oral communication
Good selling/influencing skills
Listening skills Experience and Qualification:
Minimum of a Diploma
Competitor product sales experience
